Our client Maybank Homes asked us to build these two new build apartments with a LABC warranty in place.
The ground floor flat has its own entrance (to the front), with a side door to its own access to the rear garden. Lounge/dining area with a fully fitted kitchen. All appliances are integrated. The bedroom is to the rear of the property over looking the private garden.
The top floor flat also has its own entrance (to the side), this to has a fitted kitchen & shower room. The bedroom to the rear of the property over looking the private garden.
There is a fully fitted bathroom with drainage for a wet room at a later date if needed.
The front, side & rear have been block paved. We have landscaped the garden adding in planting where the client requested, left an area for the wheelie bins & also put up new boundary fences with gates to each private garden.
Parking for each flat is at the front, we then tarmacked the path to neaten this area up.
