Do I need a structural engineer?

In general, if you have structural changes planned such as removing supporting walls, you will need a structural engineer involved in your project. We can advise you and make recommendations at the initial meeting.

Do I need building regulations approval?

Will I need an architect?

Most design projects will need an architect involved in the early stages. Our team of experts can recommend architects during the initial meeting 'understanding your vision'.

How do I choose a builder for an extension?

When can you start my project?

Once you have detailed plans drawn up and a structural engineers report, we can book a start date for your project. This can range depending on the size of the project and we can reduce time frames wherever possible.

Can I still live at home whilst you're doing the work?

We fully understand that life in your home needs to carry on during your works. As part of our works programme discussions, we'll talk about arrangements to undertake the work with minimal disruption to your lifestyle and how this will work for both you and our team.
